- -Due to the nature of our products and inventory, we do not pre-estimate shipping costs at the time the order is placed.
- -Customers will be charged actual shipping at time of order fulfillment in order to provide the most accurate shipping costs.
- -Each order will incur two separate charges to your payment method – one charge for the merchandise and a separate charge that reflects shipping/freight costs.
- -We ship using actual shipping rates and will ship UPS Ground unless you specific another method.
- -If you need your order expedited be sure to make a note in your order comments with delivery dates requested.
- -We will contact you if requested timing is not possible.
- -Shipping costs are calculated at the time the order is filled and charged separately. This allows us to provide the most accurate fulfillment of your order. We charge only actual shipping costs, using UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested at the time of order.

All first time orders/new customers are subject to a $250 minimum opening order, before shipping costs.
Subsequent product orders are subject to a minimum purchase of $75 per order, before shipping costs. Any orders below $100, before shipping costs, will be subject to a $10 handling fee. All item quantity minimums and ordering increments apply.
We do NOT allow for price adjustments.

Credit: Credit requests are considered based on volume of purchase and with evaluation of credit, banking and business history, reference and at the sole discretion of Zutter Innovative Products. Please email email@example.com for information about qualifying for credit terms.
- All warranty issues and returns will be handled directly between the consumer and Zutter Innovative Products main office. Retailers should direct consumer inquires and claims to Zutter Innovative Products at firstname.lastname@example.org. Consumer claims are generally handled by providing repairs, exchanges or parts replacement.
- Backorders are not accepted. In instances where orders are short-shipped, stores will receive a written notice indicating if short items will following within a specified time frame or if the item will be dropped from order. Retailers must reorder out-of-stock item at a future date.
- Discrepancies on orders, including damaged items, must be reported via email and COPIED BY FAX within 5 days or receipt of order at store location.

- Wholesale Returns:
- Returns are not allowed without prior written authorization from Zutter Innovative Products. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 10-25%. When returns are authorized, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers. Goods being returned must be received in saleable condition, with all packages properly packed to avoid damage.
